Microsoft Dynamics CRM/.NET Developer - Adelaide

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics CRM and .NET Developer to join our Adelaide-based team. This role is responsible for minor enhancements and support work within a Dynamics CRM 9.1 on‑prem environment, as well as a .NET portal application, delivering seamless functionality and performance and handling support tickets with strong client service.

The role is based in Adelaide and onsite a minimum of 2 days per week. It is a permanent position with on‑call work on a rotational basis after hours; overtime rates will apply.

Responsibilities
  • Provide day‑to‑day support for the CRM system, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, addressing user queries, and assisting with performance optimization.
  • Customize CRM functionality based on business requirements, configure workflows, entities, forms, and dashboards to meet organizational needs.
  • Manage day-to-day support tickets including requests and incidents.
  • Participate in regular support releases activities.
  • Assist in applying patches, upgrades, and testing new releases or updates to the CRM system to ensure compatibility and stability.
  • Manage time by working on support activities and minor enhancements.
  • Integrate with external applications using web services and RESTful APIs.
  • Provide technical documentation, conduct code reviews, and follow best practices for system security and performance.
Skills and Experiences
  • 2-5 years' experience developing customizations and extensions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM with .NET.
  • ITIL and SDLC experience a key requirement.
  • Experience with SQL Server and PostgreSQL, including performance tuning and data analysis.
  • Proficient in using source control systems like TFS and Git. Experience with Azure DevOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience integrating Dynamics 365 CRM 9.1 on‑prem with Azure cloud services like SharePoint Online.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
  • Proven track record of resolving complex technical issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and collaborate with technical and non‑technical teams.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Great customer service and communication skills.
