About The Opportunity

As a baker, you will be responsible for delivering superior products to our customers each day in a fast-paced environment. You will have the opportunity to engage with a diverse team and share your knowledge and skills with colleagues.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality baked goods that meet customer expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with the bakery team to achieve production goals.
  • Ensure a clean and safe workspace by following best practices for food handling.

Requirements
  • Australian (AQF issued) Trade/Proficiency Certificate III in Retail Baking (Breadmaking) or equivalent qualification.
  • Completion of a formal apprenticeship within Australia is preferred.
