The mill bakery is currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic baker.

The Mill bakery is a family owned wholesale bakery that supply's local cafes and restaurants in the area. making a wide range of rolls, sours doughs, traditional breads and cakes.

This job will be for someone who is interested in baking as you will get hands on experience and training in all aspects of dough production

some of the duty's required:
following recipes, weighing up ingredients, mixing doughs, scaling doughs, hand moulding, uses of bakery equipment, use of stone and rack ovens, heavy lifting up to 25kg, packing and cleaning.

With most shifts running between the hours of 4pm - 12am

we are currently seeking a qualified baker for a full time position but training for new apprentices or trade assistant are welcome too apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bibra Lake, WA 6163: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
