**About Us**
We are a small family-owned & operated bakery located in the leafy suburb of Forest Lake. We are looking for a Baker to join our team. We are open 7 days a week, 5am-5pm (Sat 6am - 3pm, Sun 6am - 2pm)
**About the role**
- Preparing and baking breads, donuts, pies, sausage rolls etc.
- Maintains current product knowledge of bakery items.
- Duties include measuring ingredients, mixing, baking, de-panning product from baking pans, garnishing baked goods according to item requirements.
- Packaging and wrapping baked goods.
- Move products to tables and display cabinets. Responsible to maintain date rotation and merchandising presentation throughout the day.
- Follows Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) guidelines with regard to proper cleaning and sanitation of all equipment required by this position.
- Assists with monthly inventory.
- Assists with front end duties as necessary.
- Assists in other duties as necessary, such as receiving and verifying stock.
**About you**
- An pleasant, energetic and friendly individual who is passionate about delivering quality products.
- Be available to work night shifts and weekends.
- Be able to work well under pressure.
- Must have 2-3 years baking experience, preferably in a bakery setting.
- Must have rights to work in Australia.
Salary based on experience.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

- Forest Lake, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
