Marketing and Events Coordinator Job Summary

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Organizing internal business conferences by negotiating venues, securing accommodation, meeting rooms, team building, and restaurants.
  • Assisting in developing a calendar of third-party conferences and events aligned to business objectives.
  • Liaising with conference organizers and stakeholders to secure events.
  • Arranging hotels and restaurants for attendees during conferences.
  • Coordinating logistics of assets, devices, and materials for conferences.
  • Providing updates and detailed schedules to the team prior to all conferences.

This role also involves supporting the development of marketing strategies and campaigns, analyzing performance, and maintaining inventory levels of marketing materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business or marketing and experience in events management or a related field.
