About the Role

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for driving business growth through effective digital marketing strategies. As a Digital Account Manager, you will be working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Performance & Growth: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive client growth and performance.
  • Client Relationship Development and Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Client Communications and Response: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and effective responses to their inquiries.
  • Major Projects Strategic Direction: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Internal Campaigns Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior staff members to ensure seamless execution of internal campaigns.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • A passion for digital marketing – omni-channel.
  • Deep knowledge of Search and Social Marketing.
  • Experience with analytics & tracking & data-centred performance analysis and reporting.
