Caregiver for Individuals with Disabilities

We are seeking dedicated professionals to provide personalized care and support to individuals with disabilities.
This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others, working across multiple sites and supporting clients in their homes and communities to develop skills, independence, and friendships.
- Encourage clients to participate in activities aligned with their interests and goals within their individual plans.
- Support clients to develop skills and independence in daily living tasks, promoting autonomy and self-confidence.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and guidance when needed.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 3 shifts per week, including sleepovers, demonstrating flexibility and reliability.
- Previous experience supporting individuals with disabilities or in related fields, such as healthcare or social work.
- Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and client management tools like Carelink+.
