Caregiver for People with Disabilities

This is an exciting opportunity for passionate Support Workers with relevant experience to join a dynamic environment and empower staff. As a Support Worker, you will provide assertive outreach support to individuals with disabilities such as anxiety, depression, or post-traumatic stress disorder.
We are seeking Support Workers who can build rapport quickly and demonstrate empathy and understanding of issues relating to people with disabilities. You will assist participants in their needs of daily living including personal care, domestic assistance, social support, transport, etc.
- Must hold a relevant Cert IV, Diploma, or Tertiary qualification (or its equivalent) / including demonstrated knowledge or experience in working with NDIS participants with complex needs.
- Must hold a WWVP card or willingness to obtain.
- Driving License (minimum P2).
- Must have a current First Aid certificate and medication administration certificate / or willingness to acquire it.
- Must have a manual handling certificate.
- Must have qualifications related to epilepsy or sufficient experience to handle epilepsy.
