We are seeking a Training Development Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about learning and development. As a Training Development Specialist, you will play a key role in creating a culture of continuous learning within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop training solutions.
  • Design and deliver training resources, including workshops, online courses, and coaching sessions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and evaluate their impact on employee performance.
Requirements
  • Substantial experience in a training environment.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training packages to upskill employees and address knowledge gaps.
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate skill using the Microsoft Office suite, e-learning platforms, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
