Job Role:

We are seeking a skilled craft brewer to fill a key position within our operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the consistent production of high-quality beers and ales, showcasing exceptional attention to detail and adherence to established brewing standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Brewing: Administer accurate and detailed brewing logs, ensuring all batches meet quality control standards.
  • Supply Chain Management: Procure premium ingredients, maintaining optimal stock levels and inventory management systems.
  • Maintenance and Installation: Perform daily equipment servicing and maintenance tasks, ensuring efficient brewery operations.
  • Health and Safety: Remain up-to-date on relevant occupational health and safety regulations, fostering a safe working environment.
  • Sales and Marketing: Engage in sales activities, including direct client interaction to develop new business opportunities.
