About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Aspect, a leading provider of autism-specific services. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals on the autism spectrum and their families to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans to support individuals on the autism spectrum and their families.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify strengths, areas of need, and develop support strategies that build capabilities and work with participant's interests.
  • Work collaboratively with the individual, their family, and other professionals to achieve meaningful change based on functional goals.
  • Provide training and support to Aspect staff and other professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge in working with individuals on the autism spectrum.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards of service delivery.
What You'll Need
  • Tertiary qualifications in psychology and registration with AHPRA.
  • Current driver's licence and willingness to travel across your local community.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance and Working with Children Check for paid employment in the state you reside in.
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety and You' certificate or willingness to complete it.
  • International police clearance may be required.
  • $84K - $118,000K pa FTE inclusive of super + phone + laptop + reimbursement of daily work kms travelled + tolls.
