About the Role

The Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission (ACIC) is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our Organisational Psychology team in Canberra. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a critical role in providing psychological services to support the business and operational objectives of the ACIC.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct complex psychological suitability assessments, including verbal and written analysis, to synthesise information from various sources.
  2. Provide psychological advice and support to business areas within the organisation.
  3. Ensure accurate completion of work within time frames and quality requirements.
  4. Develop and maintain excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Build and sustain relationships with key internal stakeholders to progress psychological risk mitigation controls.
Requirements
  1. General registration as a psychologist (unconditional) with the Psychology Board of Australia (PsyBA).
  2. Postgraduate studies or completing studies in Clinical Psychology.
  3. Eligibility to undertake the Clinical Psychology Registrar program.
  4. Eligibility for membership with the Australian Psychological Society.
