Windows Directory Services Technical Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional to own, troubleshoot and solve customer technical issues related to Windows Directory Services. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems and develop effective solutions.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of technical support experience or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows Server operating systems platforms, DNS Zones, and basic networking concepts
  • Troubleshooting skills for Active Directory issues, including domain join, secure channel, and domain controller promotion/demotion
  • Experience with Group Policy Objects (GPOs), Kerberos, and NTLM authentication
  • Knowledge of Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) and Certificate/CA/PKI infrastructure
  • Soft skills requirements: verbal communication, negotiation, problem-solving, customer focus, team collaboration, adaptability, and leadership

  • Readiness: Lead or participate in building communities and share knowledge
