Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled clinician to provide expert support in the aftermath of critical incidents or significant change. This role involves delivering psychological first aid and trauma-informed brief interventions, as well as psycho-education sessions and individual interventions, to help individuals and teams recover and move forward.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across various work sites and modalities. A strong foundation in clinical practice, combined with experience in delivery of psychological first aid and trauma-informed care, is essential for success in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in psychology, social work, or a related field
  • Experience in providing clinical services, particularly in the areas of psychological first aid and trauma-informed care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Ability to work onsite across multiple sites and with virtual/tele-support modalities
