Trauma and Critical Incident Response Specialist

This position involves providing timely support to individuals and organisations affected by trauma and critical incidents. The role requires a deep understanding of psychological first aid and stepped care models, as well as the ability to assess workplace issues and develop targeted intervention programs.
- Providing one-on-one trauma support and group sessions for individuals and their organisations is a key aspect of this role.
- The specialist will use evidence-based approaches such as Psychological First Aid (PFA) to support clients.
This specialist will work closely with stakeholders to identify suitable intervention programs and provide solution-focused advice to achieve agreed outcomes. The role requires excellent time management skills, report writing skills, and a collaborative approach to working with others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
- A high level of autonomy and self-motivation is required to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
