Job Opportunity: SAP Program Project Coordinator

The organization is undergoing a transformation project to position itself for long-term success. We have a 12-18 month opportunity for an organized and proactive SAP program project coordinator to support the successful delivery of our ERP transformation program.

About the Role
  • You will be part of the Program Management Office (PMO), working closely with project managers, workstream leads, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of activities and timely reporting of progress.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and regularly updating the integrated master program schedule using Microsoft Project and JIRA.
  • Coordinating with workstream leads to adjust timelines and dependencies as needed.
  • Leading the maintenance of the program's RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
  • Coordinating and facilitating regular RAID review meetings to monitor the status of risks and issues.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Organizing and running recurring project status and governance meetings.
  • Collaborating across multiple projects.
  • Developing and managing the onboarding process for new program team members.
  • Acting as a central point of support for the program team.
  • Supporting the preparation of program status reports and dashboards.
About You

We are looking for an experienced project coordinator or PMO support professional who has worked in large-scale ERP implementations or similar business transformation programs. You will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.

Requirements include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Project Management, Information Systems or related field.
  • Formal project management training or certification.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project and experience with project collaboration and tracking tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively organize and facilitate structured meetings.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of project governance practices.
