We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Claims Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of claims from lodgement to resolution, assessing claims for reasonable treatment and rehabilitation needs, investigating claims and interpreting medical documents, ensuring legislative compliance timeframes are met, and providing an excellent level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Experience in CTP claims, legal roles (paralegal, legal assistant, law clerk), or high-volume customer-focused administration.
- Confident negotiator with excellent communication skills, able to manage difficult or sensitive conversations professionally.
- Highly organised with exceptional time management and the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Resilient, empathetic, and motivated to build a long-term career in claims advisory.
- Able to attend in-person training located in Brisbane City QLD.
