Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in talent management, workforce planning, HR transformation, or related HR role
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Strategic mindset with ability to simplify complexity and chart best way forward
- Deep understanding of job architecture and its role in unlocking talent pathways
- Proven experience using data and insights to shape talent strategies and inform workforce planning
