Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Retail Investment Analyst to join our high-performing Investment & Capital Transactions team. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing and modelling budgeting, lease evaluations, and internal valuations.

You will also manage data to ensure accuracy across databases and alignment with joint venture information, delivering insights through reports for Investor Relations, senior leadership, and asset performance.

Additionally, you will research markets to track economic trends and contribute to our market outlook, collaborating and connecting with teams and industry partners.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in Property, Real Estate, Commerce, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in property investment, valuations, development, or management, ideally 2+ years.
  • Strong technical skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis.
  • Sharp attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the confidence to share ideas and challenge assumptions.

Valuation experience and/or professional exposure to the retail property market will be highly regarded.
