Property Expert Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical professional to fill a Property Analyst role. As a key member of the retail property team, you will play a critical role in supporting a portfolio of high-value regional retail assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing detailed asset plans, including 10-year cash flow forecasts, yield analysis, capital returns, and tenancy performance
  • Collaborating with senior stakeholders on major transactions, portfolio optimization, and strategic planning
  • Ensuring consistency and accuracy of valuation metrics within asset plans
  • Supporting acquisition and divestment initiatives aligned with investment strategy
  • Conducting market research and maintaining robust property data and analytics

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have 2-6 years of experience in property analysis or valuation, with a tertiary qualification in property, finance, or a related field. Exposure to retail or shopping centre assets is highly regarded but not essential.
