Trade Overseer - Facilities Maintenance Trade Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Trade Overseer to supervise and develop inmates through managing, coaching, instructing, and encouraging them in order to enhance their work skills and contribute productively to Service/Business Unit objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the team's activities to ensure productivity efficiency and commercial objectives are achieved.
  • Ensure all Workplace Health & Safety, Quality Management requirements and customer service needs are met.
What You Will Need
  • A Certificate III in Correctional Practice or equivalent qualification.
  • A NSW Driver Licence and willingness to drive a vehicle while performing the role.
  • Relevant trade or tertiary qualifications (minimum Certificate III level in Building/Construction /Metal or a qualified Construction based relevant trade).
