Equipment Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Maintenance Specialist to maintain the upkeep and maintenance of our facility's equipment and services.

  • Undertake routine corrective maintenance and notify the manager if an external provider is required.
  • Liaise with the manager to establish maintenance requirements for all equipment used in the facility.
  • Undertake or coordinate preventative maintenance programs with external providers.
  • Maintain an 'Equipment Register' to monitor maintenance and repairs.
  • Use and maintain maintenance equipment according to manufacturer's instructions.
  • Supervise and record work undertaken by External Service Providers, including waste management, emergency lighting, fire detection, pest control, and other essential services.
Key Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A certificate in trade or relevant field.
  • Practical experience in a similar environment.
  • Documentation skills and knowledge of accreditation regimes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
Desirable Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Knowledge of Vietnamese language.
  • Practical knowledge of accreditation, quality management, and infection prevention control.
