About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Instore Trainer to join our team at Nike. As an Instore Trainer, you will play a key role in developing and delivering training programs to our retail teams, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs to retail teams, focusing on product knowledge, customer service, and sales skills
  • Provide coaching and feedback to retail team members to help them improve their performance
  • Collaborate with the Instore Leadership Team to develop and implement training strategies that align with business objectives
  • Facilitate Rookie Camps for new starters and provide ongoing support and guidance
  • Complete administration tasks, such as reporting and data analysis, to support training initiatives

Requirements
  • Previous retail and/or hospitality experience, with a focus on training and development
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to groups
  • Captivating public speaking skills, with the ability to engage and motivate audiences
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Able to work a rotating roster, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
