About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Instore Trainer. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing training to our store staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide a best-in-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure our store staff have the skills and knowledge to provide a best-in-class customer experience
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers
  • Collaborate with the Instore Leadership Team to develop and implement training initiatives
  • Facilitate Rookie Camps for new starters and provide ongoing support and guidance
  • Complete administrative tasks as required

What We're Looking For

  • A passion for the Nike brand and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Captivating public speaking skills
  • Previous retail and/or hospitality experience
  • Customer service skills second to none
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
