Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure our retail teams have the skills and knowledge to excel.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for our customers.
  • Collaborate with the Instore Leadership Team to drive business results and achieve sales targets.
  • Facilitate Rookie Camps for new starters, providing a supportive and inclusive environment for growth and development.
  • Manage administration tasks efficiently, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
What We're Looking For:
  • A passionate and motivated individual who is dedicated to helping others develop and grow.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire others.
  • A strong understanding of the retail industry and a passion for the Nike brand.
  • Previous experience in retail and/or hospitality, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
