Fixed Remuneration: This includes salary and superannuation.
Performance-Based Remuneration: 10% of annual company profits are allocated based on individual performance.
Wellbeing Remuneration: This includes allowances for private health insurance, additional paid leave, and access to an employee wellbeing service operated by professional psychologists.
Our company supports the responsible management of water resources through practical technical expertise in hydrogeochemistry and hydrogeology. We work across various commodity types and geographies, supporting projects from baseline assessments to operational activities and closure planning.
Key responsibilities include being a strong health and safety advocate, supporting multidisciplinary assignments, and contributing to hydrogeology project work. Field and office-based tasks will be involved, along with traveling for domestic and international clients.
Required skills and qualifications include an undergraduate degree with a geoscience foundation, post-graduate qualification in hydrogeology, and 2 years of experience working as a hydrogeologist. Good communication skills, fieldwork experience, and proficiency in quantitative modeling tools are also essential.
