Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Hydrology Specialist to join our team and contribute to the success of our engineering projects.

This is a Mid-Senior level role that requires strong expertise in hydrology, hydraulics, and water resources management.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in civil or environmental engineering and at least 3 years of experience in water engineering, preferably in the mining or resources sector.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct rainfall, flow, and flood assessments, including modelling and risk assessments.
  • Develop and implement stormwater management plans and flood studies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-profile projects.
  • Prepare technical reports and proposals for clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering or related field.
  • At least 3 years' experience in water engineering, ideally in the mining or resources sector.
  • Strong technical skills in water balance modelling, flood studies, and drainage design.
  • Proficiency in hydraulic and flood modelling software (e.g. HEC-RAS, TUFLOW, MIKE).
