Role Description

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced cafe environment. As a Cafe All Rounder, you will be responsible for providing quality food and beverages to our customers while working efficiently as part of a team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all customers
  • Preparing and serving high-quality food and beverages with attention to detail
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment that meets health and safety standards
  • Working effectively under pressure and meeting deadlines to achieve targets

This role requires previous experience in similar roles, preferably with barista experience. We are looking for an individual who can work both individually and as part of a team, with strong time management and multitasking skills.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in the hospitality industry
  • Strong skills in time management and multitasking
  • Ability to work weekdays and weekends, including flexible hours
