Team Excellence Lead

Lead and mentor a hospitality team to deliver exceptional resident experiences through excellent communication and strong leadership skills.

About the Role:

  • Supervise, review performance and develop skills of hospitality employees to ensure high-quality service standards.
  • Plan, order and oversee food preparation, ensuring quality and safety compliance with IRT policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain high cleaning standards, adhering to industry best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and HACCP requirements to safeguard residents' health and well-being.
  • Recruit, select and orient new team members, promoting a positive work environment that fosters collaboration and growth.

Requirements for Success:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, with relevant certifications (Certificate III or IV in Hospitality).
  • Food Safety Supervisor qualification, knowledge of NSW Food Authority Audit process and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to plan and prioritise own work and team's work, driving results-oriented outcomes.
