The role of a Client Engagement Support Officer is pivotal in maintaining seamless information management and record-keeping across the Department.
Key Responsibilities:- Support business areas with electronic document records management system (eDRMS) configuration and administration
- Identify projects to enhance user adoption and rationalize information within eDRMS
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience in configuration and administration of Content Manager or similar systems, including knowledge of record-keeping frameworks
- Excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong communication and team building skills, with ability to use Microsoft 365 office suite tools
