Australia Operations Manager Job

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as an Australia Operations Manager. This role will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our Australian business, including customer support, product management, business development, and project management.

  • Customer Support:
    • Provide assistance to customers via phone and email.
    • Review system updates to maintain a working knowledge of our solutions.
  • Product Management:
    • Manage product maintenance, replacement, and updates.
    • Assist with training and process development.
  • Business Development:
    • Expand the customer base by gathering sales prospects and conducting product demos.
    • Manage new customer installations.
  • Project Management:
    • Drive key projects across all areas of the business.

Requirements:

  • Available for occasional out-of-hours and weekend support work.
  • Available for occasional travel.

Personal Qualities:

  • Positive and calm in a busy environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
