The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to spearhead our expansion into major operational commands in Australia.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leveraging your technical expertise to initiate and complete the accreditation process for Onebrief on Defence Secret Network and DI Net
- Leading customer operational planning teams to success with Onebrief
- Developing and implementing strategies to expand our presence within the region
You will be responsible for providing face-to-face and remote customer support, developing an understanding of customer social dynamics, and using your observations to recommend product improvements.

We are a leading collaboration and AI-powered workflow software provider to military staff. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong network connections within the Joint Operations Command and experience working with the US Military and other Australian Partner Nations.
