Job Role

The Electrical Design Engineer will collaborate with a senior design manager to conceptualize designs for ASP3 engineering, including OHW, UGW, and UG street lighting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Designing ASP3 engineering, including OHW, UGW, and UG street lighting
  • Ensuring designs comply with Ausgrid, Endeavour Energy, and Essential Energy standards
  • Communicating with relevant stakeholders, including energy authorities
  • Working on residential, industrial subdivisions, commercial connections, asset relocation, and property development projects
Essential Qualifications
  • Level 3/ASP3 certification desirable
  • Previous Level 3 design experience essential
  • Experience with Ausgrid, Endeavour Energy, and Essential Energy network standards and designs
  • Poles 'n' Wires software expertise
  • Project experience across road widening projects, subdivisions, property development, or land development sites
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • NER registration mandatory
