Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Functional Analyst. This role will be part of our Digital and Technology team, responsible for delivering functional solutions that meet our business requirements.

  • The successful candidate will assist in the configuration and refinement of system functionality to align with revised business processes.
  • Liaise with Subject Matter Experts, technical teams, and vendors to resolve functional queries and support delivery outcomes.
  • Provide input into new system features and ensure they can be effectively embedded to improve our system functionality.
  • Translate functional changes into meaningful guidance for end-users.
  • Support the peer review of all changes and follow best practice guidelines to implement changes.
