The Royal Flying Doctor Service (Queensland Section) (RFDS) is looking for a highly experienced, self-motivated, and engaging individual to join the Digital and Technology team in the role of a Functional Analyst, internally known as the Clinical Systems Administrator.
The Clinical Systems Administrator will be collaborating with end-users, vendors and internal stakeholders to assist with the functional support of the RFDS business critical clinical systems.
In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Assist with configuration and refinement of system functionality to align with revised business processes
- Liaise with SME's, technical teams, and the vendor to resolve functional queries and support delivery outcomes
- Provide input into new system features and how that can be embedded to improve our system functionality
- Translate functional changes into meaningful guidance for end-users
- Support the peer review of all changes, and follow best practice guidelines to implement changes.

Who are we looking for?
- A skilled communicator and collaborator, able to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Complex problem-solving skills and ability to explain technical issues and solutions in simple easy to understand language
- 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting clinical or other business systems
- Proficient in supporting clinical systems SQL databases and industry-standard messaging technologies (Preferred)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience
