Clinical Systems Professional

The Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) delivers essential primary healthcare and emergency aeromedical services to remote communities. In this role, you will assist with system configuration and refinement to align with revised business processes.
You will liaise with subject matter experts, technical teams, and the vendor to resolve functional queries and support delivery outcomes. Additionally, you will provide input into new system features and translate functional changes into meaningful guidance for end-users.
This is a permanent, full-time role based in Brisbane. Digital & Technology offers hybrid working arrangements with a mixture of home and office work, as well as regular team days.
To be successful, you will require:
- Complex problem-solving skills and ability to explain technical issues and solutions in simple language
- 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting clinical or other business systems
- Proficient in supporting clinical systems SQL databases and industry-standard messaging technologies
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience
