Paediatric Nursing Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for delivering high-quality patient-centred care to neonates, children, adolescents, and their families.

This role involves developing and implementing individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team ensures seamless care delivery.

  • Cultivate a culture of safety, quality, and excellence within the ward by identifying areas for improvement and implementing evidence-based practices.

The ideal candidate will possess sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills, as well as highly developed interpersonal skills. A Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent qualification is required, along with current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.

Requirements
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.

  • Post-graduate qualification in paediatrics (or willingness to undertake).
  • Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills.
