Job Description

The role of Contract Administrator is to oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from inception to completion. This includes developing clear scopes of work and procurement packages based on design documentation.

Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts; managing budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting; and maintaining accurate contract records.

This position requires a high level of expertise in contract administration, negotiation, and stakeholder management.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2-5 years' experience in contract administration on projects valued at $10-20M.
  • Proven track record delivering projects from start to handover.
  • Strong expertise in drafting and managing complex contracts and subcontractor agreements.
  • In-depth knowledge of contract lifecycle management, compliance, and risk mitigation.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
