OverviewThe Project Coordinator works directly with the Project Team to ensure accurate and timely management of the project's administrative functions.
The Project Coordinator has direct responsibility for ensuring that all contractually required paperwork and reporting is maintained appropriately and to provide administrative support to the Project Team.ResponsibilitiesProvides administrative support to ensure effective office operations.Process and log subcontracts, insurance documentation, and other items required by the Contract as directed.Maintain and Update file management systems.Assist in preparing Accounts Receivables, including all contract required back-up materials.Assist in Coordinating New Hire Needs to include lodging, vehicle, etc.Prepare project information sheets as needed by the project.Maintain spreadsheets and assist in tracking material deliveries by project.Perform other related duties as assigned by management.Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations.Position RequirementsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsEffective time management and organizational skillsA high degree of accuracy and attention to detailData entry skills along with the ability to compile data-driven reports.Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple priorities.Ability to work independently.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and knowledge of QuickBooksEducation And ExperienceHigh School diploma4+ years of relevant work experiencePhysical DemandsUse of manual dexterity, tactile, visual, and audio acuity.Use of repetitive motion, prolonged periods of sitting and standing, and sustained visual and mental applications and demands.Occasional lifting (up to 15 pounds), bending, pulling, and carrying.Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.Affirmative Action/EEO StatementSLSCO LTD is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
