We're seeking an experienced construction leader to drive our large-scale projects safely, on time, and to the highest quality.
About the Role:
As a Site Manager, you'll oversee daily site operations, ensuring safe and coordinated execution of all works. You'll lead site-based delivery in line with programme, budget, and contract obligations, monitoring progress, mitigating delivery risks, and addressing delays or sequencing issues.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily site operations to ensure safe and coordinated execution of all works.
• Lead site-based delivery in line with programme, budget, and contract obligations.
• Monitor progress, mitigate delivery risks, and address delays or sequencing issues.
• Enforce HSEQ standards on site and maintain compliance with all statutory requirements.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to meet project milestones.
• Maintain accurate site records, delivery logs, RFIs, and version-controlled documentation.
• Evaluate subcontractor performance, manage claims and variations, and support contract administration.
• Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
You'll Need:
• Qualified in Building, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Skilled in project sequencing, subcontractor coordination, and live site operations.
• Confident in navigating contract terms, safety legislation, and compliance protocols.
• Able to lead with clarity, mentor junior staff, and resolve issues in real-time.
• Proficient in site and project management tools such as Hammertech, Aconex, and MS Project.
• Highly organised, decisive, and calm under pressure.
