Project Coordinator

Deliver complex remediation projects safely, on time and within scope.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting project planning and contract delivery in line with client requirements
  • Assisting with coordination and supervision of UXO field operations
  • Monitoring project progress and supporting financial reporting
  • Partnering with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery
  • Contributing to accurate documentation and risk management strategies

About You

We are looking for someone who is organised, collaborative and eager to grow. Key skills and qualifications include:

  • 1–2 years' experience in project administration or a related role (UXO, environmental, technical fields highly regarded)
  • Exposure to field operations or Australian Defence Force contracts desirable
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Sound understanding of project management fundamentals
