About the Role

This role is an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors warmly and professionally
  • Answer phone calls with a smile and direct calls to staff members
  • Record and pass on messages
  • Coordinate bookings, staff accommodation, conference organisation and fleet car bookings
  • Assist with incoming and outgoing mail and manage mail and stationery inventory

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Experience as a front desk receptionist or administrative role desirable
  • Friendly, welcoming and approachable attitude
  • Professional appearance with a calm and balanced approach
  • Excellent multitasking and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Proficient IT skills for coordinating and managing staff travel, accommodation and bookings
  • Good problem-solving skills to ensure the office runs smoothly
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of the team
