Hotel Team Member

We are seeking an exceptional team member to join our hotel team as a Room Attendant.


Main Responsibilities
  • Providing first-class service to our guests by attending to their requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the rooms and public areas.
  • Reporting any maintenance concerns or issues that may affect guest comfort or safety.
  • Ensuring all equipment and amenities are kept clean, maintained, and in good working order.

Requirements

A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.


You should possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
