Job Overview

Maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms to maximise their comfort and satisfaction during their stay.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Attend to guest requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience for every visitor.
  • Report any maintenance concerns to ensure prompt resolution, upholding our commitment to quality and excellence.
  • Perform check out, service, and deep cleaning of rooms according to established brand standards, demonstrating attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with the wider Housekeeping Team as needed to maintain high standards, fostering a culture of teamwork and cooperation.
  • Ensure equipment and pantries are kept clean and well-maintained, adhering to safe working habits and promoting a healthy work environment.
  • Work safely with a range of chemicals, adhering to protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.

Requirements:

We seek an individual with 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping within a hotel or resort setting. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a demonstrated commitment to quality.


Candidates must be comfortable working in a physically demanding environment, able to lift heavy objects, and frequently stand up and move about the property. Knowledge of chemical handling, safe working habits, and hotel operations is highly desirable.


In addition, candidates must hold the necessary work rights to work in Australia, possess an open driver's license, and be flexible to work weekends and evenings as required.
