Hotel Food Attendant Role

We are looking for a skilled food attendant to work in our upscale hotel, providing exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Main Responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly and offer personalized recommendations for food and beverages.
  • Ensure every interaction with guests is seamless and creates a lasting impression.
  • Work across multiple venues and service styles, from casual to fine dining and large-scale events.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Exceptional customer service skills, preferably gained in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environment.
  • Ideal candidates will have at least six months of experience working in a large food and beverage operation.
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding dining experiences that exceed guest expectations.
  • Strong multitasking skills, with experience in table service, a la carte dining, cleaning, and supporting multiple outlets as needed.
  • An eye for detail, an enthusiastic and approachable nature, and the motivation to take ownership in delivering unique guest experiences.
  • A current Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
  • A friendly and professional demeanor, with the ability to interact positively with guests, colleagues, and third parties, reflecting the highest standards of our hotel and company.
  • Neat and professional personal presentation.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays, across a seven-day roster.
  • A current Australian driver's licence and Australian working rights.
  • Secondary education or equivalent.
