Executive / Senior Recruitment Consultant

This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a thriving desk with deep client relationships across Retail, FMCG/Consumer, and NFP. You will be supported nationally by award-winning marketing recruitment teams.

The desk has a proven record of success in senior and executive Sales & Marketing recruitment, with recent projects including high-profile CMO roles for leading universities, food groups, and consumer brands.

You will have the scope to truly make it your own, offering the rare combination of a warm client base, long-standing relationships, and the chance to grow your career.

The Ideal Candidate
  • A Senior or Executive Sales & Marketing Recruitment Consultant ready to take over a successful desk
  • A Sales & Marketing Recruitment Manager looking to lead and grow a small team while running your own desk
  • A Marketing Subject Matter Expert considering a move into recruitment and keen to bring industry knowledge into the role
