Job Description

Fair Play OOSH is seeking a dedicated and driven team leader to join our Branxton Service. As a team leader, you will be responsible for leading an awesome team and delivering outstanding programs for school-aged children.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in the childcare sector, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Experience or willingness to learn programming for school-aged children that responds to each child's well-being, positive sense of identity, and confidence as a learner and participant.
  • Behavior training is essential, and the ability to build and maintain strong positive relationships with staff and families is crucial.
  • Cert III, Cert IV, teaching degree, or diploma is preferred, and the ability to administer first aid and medication when required is necessary.
  • First aid certification, WWCC, and child protection certificate are required.
