Lead Childcare Centre Professional

We are seeking an exceptional individual to take on a leadership role within our childcare centre. As our ideal candidate, you will be responsible for driving excellence in daily operations and inspiring your team to deliver high-quality care and education.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity that requires a motivated and experienced leader who can manage centre operations effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain open communication with parents and staff.

  • Manage daily centre activities, including staffing, budgets, and parent relations.
  • Inspire and support educators through coaching, mentoring, and professional growth opportunities.
  • Cultivate engaging activities that promote children's holistic development and ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Maintain compliance with regulations and standards, and promote a positive culture that values teamwork and diversity.
Key Requirements:
  • An ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education.
  • A minimum 3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including experience in a leadership role.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
  • Ability to manage priorities effectively and commit to ongoing professional development.
