A fulfilling role has arisen for a skilled Education Specialist to lead our childcare team at First Steps Learning Academy.

We are a childcare centre dedicated to providing a supportive, engaging and safe environment for learning. Our community centre boasts 3 spacious learning areas catering for children aged 0 to 5 years.

  • Create and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Develop and maintain daily routines as opportunities for learning and growth.
  • Foster a secure, interactive and stimulating learning environment.
  • Nurture positive working relationships with colleagues.
  • Maintain the highest standards of health and safety protocols.
  • Establish strong, trusting relationships with families, children and staff.
Requirements
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments and ability to mentor junior team members.
  • A strong team player attitude.
  • Ability to think creatively and bring innovative ideas.
  • A current first aid certificate.
  • A current Working With Children Check.
  • A friendly and energetic personality.
