Job Title: Field Engineer 3

As a Technical Support Specialist, success is measured by providing reliable technical assistance to ensure the continued function of critical systems.

This role requires close collaboration with personnel within ICT Contracts and Asset Management Division, ICT Strategy and Investment Management Branch.

  • Manage receipting and tracking of ICT assets, inventory, and stock requirements, both domestically and internationally.
  • Perform server and storage break and fix tasks.
  • Support Enterprise products and prepare/dispense ICT assets, inventory, and stock requirements.
  • Apply asset information to ICT asset systems and monitor Remedy updates and requests.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • NV2 Clearance required for this position.
  • 4-6 years of hands-on technical experience.
  • Electronics training or equivalent to at least 2 years of technical institutes or military technical school/universities.

Key skills include:

  • Asset Management data analysis.
  • Data cleansing and maintenance.
  • Asset Management reporting and client support for ITSM tool upgrades.
